My path to this work

Since 2012, I’ve been on a relentless journey of inner work and wide-range inquiry.
My core question: how do we master the art of living?
Not just spiritually, but practically.
Not just for ourselves, but in a world full of noise, performance, and systems that keep us distracted.

I explored the laws of nature, emotional co-dependency, trauma loops, the intelligence of the body, and the invisible codes that run our societal structures.
What I found again and again: our frequency—our vibrational tone—shapes everything.

And yet most people don't know how to feel it.
Let alone align with it.

What I bring

I developed a highly refined method of self-reflection, a laser sensitivity for incongruence, and a precise ability to zoom in and out—between personal pattern and collective system.

With 30+ years of experience across industries—fashion, consulting, design, entrepreneurship, coaching—I speak the language of CEOs, changemakers, creatives, and those who’ve left it all behind to raise children or follow a deeper truth.
I also understand the mystic, the rebel, the healer, and the silent ones who’ve never fit the mould.

I’m known for my clarity, honesty, sharp vision, and intuitive precision.
I don’t offer comfort. I offer liberation.

This moment

I see life as a mirror. Every emotional charge, every friction, every contraction shows me something about myself.
I live in this practice—not as theory, but as a way of being.

Today, my work takes three main forms. Through Casa di Luce Sanctuary, I hold a continuous retreat field where individuals and teams come to reset, realign, and create in resonance. Through The Living Field, I work with founders and organisations to strip away outdated structures and build systems rooted in clarity and transparency. And with the emergence of AI as a mirror, I see new ways to accelerate self-reflection and make alignment more accessible.

The thread through it all is the same: dissolving distortion, revealing what’s real, and restoring freedom through choice. My role is not to lead or carry, but to reflect—directly, honestly, and without interference—so you can meet yourself with full sovereignty.

I’m a mother of three young adults.
I live in Italy, after following an intuitive impulse to build something new supported by the rowing hills and grounding land.
I still feel like life is just getting started.
