Learn to read your own signs

Do you feel there is something out of balance in your life, dissatisfying or very uncomfortable?

Do you feel life repeats itself with things you don’t want?

Do you keep talking about something you want to change but you are not doing it?

Are you the one who is saying: yes my - job/relationship/health/weight/finance - is perhaps not perfect but that is how life is......

 Why do we need to hit bottom first before we make changes? 

Simply as we don’t know how to read the signals of 

  • our body (something is off), 

  • our heart (knows the right answer) 

  • and we get confused by our mind (who tries to protect us by keeping us in false safety zones). 

WE DON’T KNOW HOW TO READ OUR OWN SIGNS

We ignore our own wisdom for many years and the price we pay is pain. Pain shows up in many different ways: from feeling off for longer periods, getting ill, dealing with unexpected events, feeling really tired, low in energy, difficulties with a healthy fit body, a mid-life crisis to feeling stuck or stressed out. 

 Depending on how ‘strong-minded’ you are or how you are wired (with a natural positivity) you can keep ignoring the signals for a very long time.

Wherever you are on the ‘spectrum of pain’, you are the only one who knows when it is time to change. No one can tell you to change and no one can make the change for you. 

But why wait and settle for less, for discomfort in life?

Your body, mind and heart is a unique and genius system. It has a perfect guidance system with clear signals. Signals that show us each time when something feels off but we have learned to ignore and compromise ourselves because of our circumstances, our upbringing, our culture, our fears, our beliefs and our programmed patterns.

This unconscious choice to compromise ourselves continuously is were we eventually experience pain, and life shows you you have reached a limit.

LIBERATION IS YOUR DIRECT WIN WHEN YOU ANSWER YOUR FEELING

What not everyone realizes is that opening up to these signals, choosing  to change (in whatever way it is, life changing or small adjustments), is where liberation is felt immediately!

 Feeling liberated is not because you change yourself, your personality. Liberation is a result of perceiving life differently and make choices consciously. This gives an inner freedom from where you can navigate through life. 

Once you learned to work with your inner guidance, you might still ‘compromise’ at times, but you will do it out of free will, a conscious choice. 

It is living life all inclusively, including times that feel off, but now with a knowing how to read the signs, a knowing how to respond. That is what I call freedom. Why wait?
