Casa di Luce

A continuous retreat field for builders, remote workers, visionaries, and clarity-seekers

  • Casa di Luce calls those who are already in motion: building, creating, or stepping into a new chapter. You may be:

    • In the middle of a project or creation and need a clear field to focus.

    • Designing your next chapter and seeking real alignment.

    • Building something new and wanting to be around others who live with similar intent.

    • Pausing to reconnect with yourself and reset your direction.

Writers, entrepreneurs, creatives, consultants, remote workers, thesis students, and clarity-seekers have all found resonance here. What unites them is not profession, but presence: the choice to live responsibly and meet themselves honestly.

You bring your own project or transition. The sanctuary holds the field. And when you find yourself circling, avoiding, or getting stuck in old loops, my presence is here as a mirror—through direct conversation, silence that doesn’t bend, or shared meals where what’s hidden becomes visible. Nothing is forced or scheduled, but if the moment calls for clarity, it will come.

This immersion is not for seekers of comfort or those waiting to be carried. It is for builders, leaders, and creators who already live from self-responsibility, or are ready to step into it.

  • Small teams, co-founders, and leadership groups often discover that what blocks them isn’t strategy, but signal: hidden interference, unspoken dynamics, or visions that don’t align beneath the surface. Casa di Luce offers a container where these distortions can no longer hide.

This is not a corporate offsite, not about productivity hacks or facilitated brainstorming. The sanctuary field itself reveals flow and friction. My role inside that is to mirror what the team already knows but avoids naming - whether in a passing remark, a direct read of the energy, or a shared conversation that cuts through noise.

There is no preset format. The rhythm of your immersion emerges once your intent is clear. We design it together accordingly. If you come here as a team, expect both grounding and exposure: what is aligned will strengthen, and what is not will surface.

  • A Casa di Luce immersion includes:

    • A sanctuary field: the atmosphere of Casa di Luce itself - the land, the house, the silence - creates clarity and reorganization.
    • My presence as mirror: I bring long experience in coaching, transformation work, energy leadership, and systems design. Here, that doesn’t take the form of scheduled sessions but of presence: direct conversations when distortion shows, mirrors offered in silence, or clarity that emerges in everyday moments. You don’t come here to be taught. You come here to be met, precisely, in what’s real.
    • Living rhythm: shared kitchen, workspaces, rest, and occasional shared meals. Food is not included in the program contribution - if we cook or eat together, costs are simply shared afterwards. Pure water (Kangen), coffee, and tea are always available.
    • Embodiment: immersion is not only mental. Clarity anchors in the body; through shared morning walks, simple movement practice, or subtle invitations to sense where alignment or distortion lives in you.
    • Peer resonance: Casa di Luce gathers builders and creators who inspire each other simply by being in resonance. Conversation at the table or walks on the land often open insights as valuable as hours of work alone.
    • Mirror Mastery station: a private AI-based reflection tool I use myself, available here so you can access the same depth of questioning and clarity.
    • Grounded infrastructure: Starlink internet in shared areas, a large pool for swimming laps (May–October), gardens, terraces with panoramic views, and spaces for both solitude and connection.

The sanctuary holds you, but it does not carry you.

Casa di Luce is a living retreat field. It combines solitude with resonance, structure with freedom. You bring your own work, but the field, the presence, and the shared practices make sure you don’t fall back into old distractions. I sincerely hope that you leave with clarity, embodiment, and momentum.

  • IIn June 2023, I came to Monferrato searching for a second home. Within two months, Casa di Luce found me instead. What was meant as a practical move became something else: a sanctuary field that revealed clarity I had been seeking for years.

I’ve spent the last decade stripping away everything I was taught to be: professionally, personally, and spiritually. What remains is a kind of precision most people feel before they can name it. You don’t come here to learn from me. You come here to meet yourself in a field that won’t lie to you.

I no longer coach in the conventional sense. My presence holds a clear, grounded field that doesn’t bend to distortion or misalignment, whether emotional, relational, or spiritual. I don’t hold space in the usual way. I hold alignment.

What I bring is simple: a frequency that reveals what’s real. When people are in this space, things either align, or fall apart. Not because I’m doing anything to them, but because I don’t interfere. I don’t soften truth, and I don’t perform clarity. I live it.

I bring experience across transformation work, systems design, leadership dynamics, and embodied navigation of life. But more than expertise, I bring presence: a frequency that exposes distortion and sustains alignment. That is the real work of Casa di Luce.tem description

  • Pricing includes

    • participation in Casa di Luce means an exchange for immersion in the sanctuary program.

    • use of Mirror Mastery, customised AI for deep self reflective questions

    • my presence, availability and knowlegde as an experienced coach and mirror inside the immersion.

    • accommodation within the house, shared use of work- and living spaces

During this pre-opening phase, contributions for individual immersions begin at €500 per week. The amount depends on length of immersion and type of accommodation available (private or shared). The minimum immersion is one week, so rhythm and clarity can unfold.

Once Casa di Luce is fully renovated and complete, contributions will rise to reflect the full capacity of the sanctuary.

Meals are not included (Kangen water, coffee and tea is). If we decide to prepare or share food together, costs are divided based on actual consumption.

For team immersions, contributions are tailored to group size, length, and intent. Once your direction is clear, we explore the form together, and the exchange is set accordingly.

This is not a room rental or a hospitality package. It is participation in a continuous retreat field—living inside the sanctuary rhythm, engaging with its clarity, and having my presence as mirror available throughout.

    • Minimum immersion: one week, to allow rhythm to settle.

    • A car is strongly recommended; nearby villages and shops are within walking distance when fields are dry. For errands, a car is necessary.

    • Nearest airports: Milan Malpensa, Milan Linate, Turin, and Genoa (70–90 min). Trains run to Asti (25 min away).

    • Parking is available at the house.

The world is shifting. Many are searching for ways to grow and create that go beyond consumption, comfort, or top-down teaching. Casa di Luce is part of that shift: a sanctuary where you don’t attend a program—you step into a living field that reorganizes what enters it.

Welcome. My name is Luciënne, and this is Casa di Luce, a sanctuary in the rolling hills of Piemonte, Northern Italy. It is a place for builders, visionaries, and clarity-seekers who work best in resonance with a field that grounds, inspires, and restores. Surrounded by the authentic Italian landscape, the rhythm here is both simple and deeply peaceful.

The first time I encountered the house and its land, one word came through: Sanctuary—a place rooted in simplicity, resonance, and self-direction. The frequency of this space is not something I created, but one I’ve learned and embraced to live in. Casa di Luce is now open for those who feel called to immerse in it.

Please continue reading below, to learn what Casa di Luce is. In the dropdown box above you can find who it is for, what to expect, pricing and why I started this sanctuary. I sincerely hope to welcome you here in Piemonte.

  • “Casa di Luce is a continuous retreat field in Northern Italy—open year-round for individuals and teams who seek clarity, alignment, and momentum.”

What Casa di Luce is

Casa di Luce is not a retreat center with fixed dates and scheduled programs. It is a continuous retreat field—always present, always active, available whenever you feel called to immerse. You don’t come here to consume something. You come with your own work, project, or transition, and let the sanctuary field do its quiet, uncompromising work around you.

Individuals and teams come not to be managed or carried, but to deepen into their own presence, align with clarity, and reconnect with what is true. The immersion is self-directed: the house and land hold the field, and you bring the intent. Together, that combination reshapes what needs to shift.

You live inside the sanctuary rhythm—working, resting, reflecting, creating. The clarity that unfolds is not given from outside. It arises naturally.

When more precision is needed, my presence is available. Sometimes that takes the form of a one-to-one conversation, sometimes a moment around the table, sometimes a mirror offered in silence. My role is not to guide or comfort—it is to reflect where you are hiding, where you keep looping, and what’s already true beneath the distortion. These moments are not scheduled; they arise when the timing is right.

The immersion is not only mental. The field naturally invites somatic awareness—feeling where clarity lands in the body, and where distortion hides. We explore this not through classes, but through daily rhythm and subtle invitations.

Casa di Luce gathers builders and creators who inspire each other simply by being in resonance. Conversation at the table or walks on the land often open insights as valuable as hours of work alone.

Alongside the sanctuary field, Casa di Luce offers a Mirror Mastery station: a private AI-based reflection tool I use myself. Guests can explore it to see where they are looping, avoiding, or ready to step into new clarity.

The house is grounded and quiet, yet fully connected. Starlink internet supports those who need to work online during their immersion, with fast connection in shared spaces while bedrooms remain offline for deeper rest.

If this resonates with you, I warmly invite you to reach out.

Will you join?

Casa di Luce is serious about clarity, but life here isn’t heavy. The field carries laughter, inspiration, and the joy of being with others who are creating something real. Meals, conversations, walks, play games, even a swim in the pool, all of it is part of the same immersion. Lightness and depth coexist here.

The house is still evolving, just like those who come here. Renovation is ongoing, but the field is already clear. In fact, many who arrive say it’s the unfinished edges that make it feel more alive, less staged.

If you feel the pull, trust it. Reach out, and we’ll explore whether the timing and intention align. The sanctuary is not for everyone, but if it is for you, you will know.
